Autumn Equinox Beach Party with RubyMoon

Friday 23rd September – 3.30pm – 8.30pm 
Sauna, sea swim, yoga, dancing, cacao by the fire, and a massage – all on the Autumn Equinox Eve  – what more does a person need in life? 

Celebrate the Autumn Equinox on Brighton’s amazing beach, with Beach Box Sauna and Ruby Moon.

From 3.30pm – 8.30pm we will have mini sauna sessions in our 3 saunas, yoga, massage, soup on the fire, a cacao ceremony and a disco.

Book your 1 hour time slots running on the hour – 1st slot at 3.30pm, last slot at 7.30pm.

Your sauna time will be approx 30 mins allowing 15 mins either side to change.  If it’s nice weather (which it should be!) we can change outside which allows us to extend the sauna time to 40 mins.  If it’s raining and we have to change in our changing rooms then it shortens the sauna time to 30 mins.

6pm – Breath Ceremony with dynamic breathing with Davel Patel
6:20pm – Yoga Salutations with Lou from Humankind
6.50pm – Sea Swim with RubyMoon, Music by Olivia
7.20pm – Cacao Ceremony around the Firepit with Tabather from Soulomorfi
7.50pm – Mantra singing and Gong bath with Pete York from Humankind
8.30pm – Dance with sounds from Olivia Eames

Please Note – As this is an Express session, please do not book any products or treatments alongside it, as there isn’t the timeframe for the beach team to prepare these and for you to relax and enjoy them fully.
