Our monthly Women’s Sauna Session is a dedicated space for women to step away from the everyday and spend two restorative hours by the sea, slowing down, reconnecting and taking some much-needed time for themselves.
You can move freely between all three saunas, sink into the warmth and let our trained Sauna Master guide you through nourishing leaf-whisking rituals and scents while you sauna.
These sessions offer you space to truly let go. Come alone or with a friend, connect with others or just enjoy the peace and quiet. It’s totally up to you.

Saorla is a Lithuanian-trained sauna master using traditional practices to call in the elements and ancestors to hold inclusive, transformative spaces.

This space is carefully created for people who need a rest, a place to grieve or a place to listen to themselves.

Our Eclipse New Moon Party was an evening we’ll never forget. It was the most unique sauna event we have hosted.
Conditions were perfect to witness the magnificent celestial show between rounds of heat and dips in the sea.

Thanks to @popcultures_kombucha our thirst was quenched and our biomes improved as we gazed up.
Everyone left smiling, with full hearts and eyes in tact - the epitome of Beach Box magic ✨

We are excited to introduce our new FLINTA Sauna Sessions to our monthly events schedule, starting on September 30th.
These sessions are open to those who identify as Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans or Agender. Come along to unwind, reconnect and settle into the healing warmth of the sauna.
Whilst embracing the heat, guests will be guided by our sauna master, enjoy gentle leaf-whisking rituals and calming aromatherapy to support deep relaxation.
Massage therapist Elke from @to.bewell will be offering her signature 15-minute seated deep-tissue massages. These are available to book in advance or as walk-ins on the day.
