Cancellation policy

Please read the following information carefully, prior to making a booking…

Receive a full refund or credits as preferred, if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your session.

If it’s between 48–72 hours we’ll issue you with credits for the full amount, but no refund can be given.

We regret that we can’t offer any refunds, credits or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice unless we manage to resell your spaces, in which case we can issue you with full credits (not a refund). You are also welcome to transfer your tickets to a friend instead.

For larger bookings of more than 1 sauna, it’s slightly different. We need 7 full days notice for a full refund and 5 days notice for credits. We regret that we can’t give a refund or credits if its’ less than 5 days notice.

Receive credits (no refunds) for the full amount of your booking if you need to cancel within our 72hr cancellation period due to illness only. Proof may be required.

Tested positive for Covid? Please let us know as soon as possible. If you can’t find anyone to take your place, then our usual cancellation policy will apply – Unless you have selected the booking protection fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Credits will be valid for Beach Box’s new site until 1st April 2023. We regret that we can not offer cash refunds for unused credits/vouchers.
