Want to change or cancel your booking – here’s how…
You can cancel or change your bookings online, yourself by logging into your Beach Box account. But there are time restrictions.

Receive a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your session. If it’s between 48–72 hours, you need to email us on hello@beachboxspa.co.uk to cancel and we’ll issue you with credits for the full amount. We regret that we can’t offer any refunds or credits with less than 48 hours notice.

For larger bookings of more than 1 sauna, it’s slightly different. We need 7 full days notice for a full refund and 5 days notice for a 50% refund. We regret that we can’t give a refund or credits if its’ less than 5 days notice.

PLEASE NOTE: We are now closed for January whilst we move to our new location 400m up the beach, opening by Feb 1st 2022. Follow us on social media and sign up to our newsletter for our latest updates – be the first to hear when our bookings calendar goes live. Let’s keep those fires burning! Credits will be  valid for Beach Box’s new site. We regret that we can not offer cash refunds for unused credits/vouchers.

However if Beach Box is closed due to Covid Restrictions a full refund or credit will be given at any time – you get to choose.
